These were in no way his fault or responsibility but he responded in an extremely helpful, supportive, flexible and professional manner throughout.
In addition, our evaluation process has highlighted, despite the difficult circumstances, the participants thought the training they received from Lee was some of the best they've had in recent years.

"Already being a trained crane operator, Iain travelled to me so I could become familiar and gain certification for the Sennebogen 680 mobile harbour crane. I'm always wanting to learn and didn't I just. I learnt many new skills that I would never have known about seeing as I was more used to building things, not unloading cargo in a place where bad weather is a common occurrence. Nothing was too much trouble for Iain, he even sorted all my paperwork out so that I can retain all of my original qualifications which need renewal. He would also always stop to answer any questions no matter how trivial I thought they might be. I feel very confident in my new roll given all of the extra things I've learned as seriously, this guys knowledge is second to none. The best part though for me being that I tend to get a bit nervous in exam scenarios is that it was fun, lots of jokes and banter that really takes the edge off. A thoroughly enjoyable course. Thank you Iain and 1st Call Training."
